Ampmech Group and its Swiss Joint Venture Partner are ISO 9001:2015 certified companies with business in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Food & Beverage and Construction industries. We specialise in Instrumentation, Explosionproofing, Industrial & Process Control Automation and Manufacturing solutions. We provide value-add engineering, supply chain distribution, repair & maintenance and training services. We have offices in Petaling Jaya, Kerteh, Bintulu, Miri and Penang.

We are looking for positive attitude, team players who are independent, self-motivated and with good communication & interpersonal skill to expand our operations. Preference will be given to candidates who have own motor vehicle.

1. SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya (2 positions).
Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Responsible for sales/marketing & application development of state-of-the-art Emerson/Rosemount Automatic Radar Tank Gauging System.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in relevant engineering, technical or science discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) sales experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Bulking, Utilities and Palm Oil Industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. SALES EXECUTIVE
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya (1 position).
Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Responsible for sales/marketing of Mennekes’s product, a leading international industrial plug and sockets. The product range comprises standardised plugs and sockets in over 15,000 different variants and designs from vehicle inlets and charging cables to complete charging stations.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in relevant engineering, technical or science discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) sales experience.
  • Highly skilled in developing and implementing sales and business strategies to target buyers of electrical goods.
  • Proven record of working with local communities to identify prospective buyers and develop them into valued customers.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
3. ASSEMBLY / SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya (1 position).
Role:
  • Assembly/Installation/Service company electrical/instrumentation/mechanical products which included explosion proof/Radar Automatic Tank Gauging/industrial electrical & instrument equipment.
  • Assist in Service Engineer/Technical Assistant to conduct preventive/corrective/breakdown maintenance and diagnostic check of ATG System and other Company products at customers sites all over East and West Malaysia.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Certicate/Diploma in electronics/instrument/mechatronics discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar environment.
  • Fresh graduate with good aptitude and working knowledge in basic portable workshop tool will be consider.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to travel to customer facilities all over East and West Malaysia.
  • Must possess valid driving license.
4. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Location:
  • Bintulu (1 position).
Role:
  • Support and coordinate sales and follow up, including filing and maintenance of records on quotation, sales order and delivery for Business Unit.
  • Individual is required to conduct marketing campaign and control all product catalogues, manuals and brochures of the Unit;
  • Provide prompt and efficient response to enquiries and complaints received from Clients and external interested parties;
  • Maintaining customers’ and principals’ databases.
  • Execute travel schedule for all personnel in the Unit and prepare business reports.
Requirements:
  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering of any discipline or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience in In-house sales support.
  • Good command of spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
