Precision Digital manufactures large display indicators and controllers which feature large, bright displays that can be seen from considerable distance, up to 100 feet away! They can be easily mounted to walls, pipes, and other surfaces in your facility, inside or outdoors. Large display meters feature rugged enclosures and are available for a wide range of applications, including level, flow rate and total, temperature, pressure, and weight.
1. Helios Series
What sets the Helios apart from other large display meters is its dual line display with super bright LEDs that can be read even in bright sunlight and up to 100 feet away. Based on Precision Digital's popular line of ProVu® digital panel meters, the Helios can satisfy a wide variety of level, flow, temperature, pressure, & weight applications. It is available with models that accept 4-20 mA, thermocouple, RTD, pulse, strain gauge, AC and DC volts and current, and even Modbus®.
2. PD650 Aluminum NEMA 4X Process Meter With 2.3" Display
The PD650 is a large display, analog input process meter with flow rate/totalizer and batch control capabilities housed in a rugged, die-cast aluminum, NEMA 4X enclosure. It accepts the common process signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 1-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC and displays these signals in engineering units on a 2.3" (58.42 mm) large, high efficiency, 4 1/2 digit LED display.
3. PD655 Plastic NEMA 4X Process Meter With 1.0" Display
The PD655 is a large display, analog input process meter with flow rate/totalizer and batch control capabilities housed in a rugged, impact-resistant, glass-filled, polycarbonate NEMA 4X enclosure. Each accepts the common process signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 1-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC and displays these signals in engineering units on a large, high efficiency, 4 1/2 digit LED display.
4. PD6770 Vantageview NEMA 4X Large Display Loop-Powered Meter
The Vantageview PD6770 is a plastic, loop-powered process meter with 1" display digits in a field-mountable enclosure designed for demanding applications. The meter derives all of its power from the 4-20 mA loop with a small 1 V drop, so there is no need to run additional, costly power lines. The PD6770 is built in a NEMA 4X and IP65 rated plastic enclosure which can stand up to even the harshest environmental conditions. It is programmed using four easy-to-access, front-mounted control dials.
