Industrial Wireless System NEW PRODUCT!

Precision Digital’s PDW wireless products give you a simple, straightforward way to get analog, discrete, or Modbus® signals from where you have them to where you need them. Our wireless solutions range in complexity from simple point-to-point for wire replacement, to large-scale point-to-multipoint for connecting up to 32 individual field locations to a central base station. Wireless installations may be expanded or improved using an array of base station modules, additional wireless field units, and repeater units. The wireless survey tool kit can provide you with an accurate representation of wireless signal strength throughout your facility before you perform the installation.

1. PDW30 Point-to-Point Wireless Process Signal Bridge

4. PDW90 Point-to-Multipoint Wireless Process Signal Field Unit
PDW90 field units transmit analog, digital, and Modbus® inputs from any location in the field to the PDW90 base station. Just set the network ID and Modbus address and put the field unit wherever there is DC power and a process signal. Once it has been connected to the base station, it will transmit all signal connections wirelessly.

5. PDA10 Wireless Survey Toolkit
The PDA10 is a wireless surveying tool kit which is intended to be used in conjunction with PDW30 or PDW90 wireless products. The surveying tool kit comes with two units: a handheld unit and a target unit. Use the pair prior to wireless system installation to demonstrate signal strength throughout the facility or between intended installation locations. The handheld unit may be used standalone after installation in order to determine received signal strength from all of the devices in order to determine new field unit locations or to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

6. PDW30 & PDW90 Wireless Repeater
Wireless signal repeaters are used to retransmit wireless signals when connectivity is an issue. They are incredibly simple to install as they only require power and a network ID. Any units in range of the repeater with the same network ID will retransmit through it, thus increasing signal strength. Use repeaters to broadcast over very long distances or around permanent obstacles.

7. PDW90 Base Station Module
Modules for the PDW90 base station are easy to install and add functionality to the wireless system. There are four types of modules available: dual analog inputs, dual analog outputs, digital I/O, and dual relays. The analog outputs module allows the base station to output two independent analog signals being broadcast by any of the field units. The analog inputs module allows the base station to accept two analog signals and transmit them wirelessly to any of the connected field units.
